Here you will find more details and specifications about our stages. How to design the perfect stage for your event:

Step 1: Determine the size and budget.
We quote stage prices in square feet (the width times the depth).

A "small" stage (12x8) will accommodate a small band or up to 6-10 people depending on the activity.
A "medium" stage (16x12) will accommodate a regular size band or up to 10-20 people depending on the activity.
A "large" stage (20x16) will accommodate a large size band or 20 or more people.

Budget: Most stages can be rented from $300 to $1000. Very large stages cost thousands to cover the labor. In our case, the determining factor for the cost is the size. So the larger the stage you require, the bigger your budget should be.

Step 2: Determine the height.
A low height stage is 1 feet.
A standard height stage is 2 feet.
A tall stage is 3 or more feet.

Step 3: Determine the location.
Will it be indoors or outdoors?
Is the surface level (such as cement) or unlevel (such as grass)?
What is the access? If it is a multi-story building, is an elevator available? We ideally would like to get our vehicle as close as possible to the site of the stage.

Step 4: Determine upgrades & extras.
Do you need skirting? What color skirting (black or ivory)?
Do you need stairs?
Do you need safety rails for the sizes, back, and/or stairs?

We quote our stages based on stage size (number of panels). Our prices also include heavy duty stages, not light duty risers. These are professionally installed stages, the types you would see your favorite performers use.

We can design a stage in most shapes and sizes. For example, a U-shaped stage may include one 20 x 8 and two 8 x 4 stages. A long runway may be two 20 x 4 stages. We will creativity design and build the perfect stage for your next event!
The standard stage height is 2 feet, but we can go higher or lower. Stages can be installed as low as 8 inches or as high as 4 feet. We can also build custom heights and multilevel height stages.
