Our clients tell us we have the best professional stages in Utah. These are heavy duty stages with each 4 ft. x 4 ft. panel supporting a weight of almost one ton or 1,800 pounds! We can custom design any stage, any linear dimension (from 4 ft. to 1000 ft.), any size (from 16 sq. ft. to 1600 sq. ft. or larger) and any height (from 1 ft. to 4 ft.) for your event.
Our stages are typically installed in public areas like venues, sports venues, concert arenas, and outdoors. We also install our stages in private locations for private events, especially weddings.
Most often, we will have your custom stage built in one hour or less. Large stages can take two hours or longer to build. You can use the stage as long as you need it (we won't charge extra if you'd like us to set up the stage a day early for example). When your event is finished, we will pick up your stage and have it disassembled in about one hour.
We include extras at no extra cost including legs, stairs, and black or ivory skirting. We also don't charge extra for delivery, setup, teardown, and delivery. Our skirting comes in heights of 1 ft., 2 ft., 3 ft., and 4 ft. When you consider our low-cost simple pricing quotes, customers often save hundreds of dollars.
Our fleet continues to grow and currently consists of a heavy duty pickup truck, two cargo vans, three cargo trailers, and two towing SUVs.. Each of our vans and trailers are full of stages and stored throughout Utah so that we can quickly deliver to your event. We bring our materials straight to your site before your event, and return to your site after your event, to pick up at no extra charge. Stages are not cheap, as this requires two round trips to your site as well as time & labor and fuel which we include in our pricing. A small stage can weigh a thousand pounds and larger stages can weigh tons. Despite this, we cover all areas of Utah and have some of the best prices. Utah Stages Booking Guidelines & Policy
We offer simple pricing based on the square footage of stages. Extras like delivery, installation, stairs, skirting, leveling, striking, and pickup are included and not charged separately.
Additional upgrades such as sound and lighting are available and quoted based on unique requirements.
No delivery fees, fuel fees, booking fees, upgrade fees, overtimes fees or other hidden costs will ever be added to your quote.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date & the remaining balance is due at delivery.
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, etc.), ApplePay, Cash, CashApp, Google Pay, MasterCard, Venmo, Zelle, No personal checks. We do not charge credit card processing fees.
Refund policy for services due to cancellations: deposits are generally non-refundable. We will apply the deposit as a credit for future business within 90 days.
Privacy policy: We store your name, phone number, and email address in our secure, two-factor online CRM to facilitate quotes, invoicing, and bookings. We do not retain any private data such as credit card numbers which is handled security via our third-party PCI-DSS certified partners during online payments. We do not share your information with any outside third parties. For organizations and businesses we may display your logo on our website or social media. To protect your privacy, we do not identify individual clients (persons) in our social media posts, but we may identify venues, non-profit, business entities, and other organizations. We may post pictures of our actual stages on social media and websites and may include the location if it is a venue or public place (but avoid posting any photos at private residences). Persons who attend public events (by purchasing tickets and consenting to being photographed at time of purchase, by signage, or otherwise) may appear in posted photos on our websites or social media sites, but otherwise are not identified.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Foreign currency may also be generally used for online payments (may be subject to transaction fees on customer side).
